New Construction

Every home will have hidden issues not visible to the home owner. Before moving into your newly constructed home, allow us to inspect all the major and minor systems for proper performance according to the standards of practice.

11 Month Home Warranty

It is best to get us to inspect your home before the expiration of your new home 1 year warranty. This allows us to catch any issues uncovered over the first year that will be repaired or replaced under your warranty period.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Let us do a thorough inspection prior to listing your home for sale. This information is critical to avoiding hidden issues prior to closing, allowing you to get the best price for your home.

Re-Inspection

Whether you have installed a new HVAC, water heater or made any repairs or modification to your home's structure, it is advisable to get an inspection done. Re-inspections will help put your mind at ease as to whether the repairs were done according to industry standards.

Irrigation Inspection

Allow us to inspect the irrigation system and drainage around your house. Improperly installed irrigation systems can lead to ponding and improper drainage of water with possible damage to foundations over time. It is best to be appraised of these possible situations before they become a problem.

Infrared Thermal Imaging

Infrared thermal imaging technology allows us to see things not visible with the naked eye. Thermal imaging allows us to identify deficiencies in insulation. We can detect moisture in walls, and water leaks. We are also able to check your accessible duct-work and HVAC for hot/cold air leaks. Inclusion of thermal imaging in a certified home inspection can help you save big on your energy bills.

Drone Inspections

Not every roof or high wall on a home is accessible for inspection. And, as such, many home inspectors are limited to using ladders at lower roofing sections or using binoculars from the ground. At Certified State Inspections we believe a home inspection is not complete unless an up-close and thorough investigation of the roof is undertaken. All of our inspectors are drone licensed and use drones to get you the full picture on the condition of your roof.
